• For quantities between two price brackets, the lower quantity will be charged.
• E-mailed orders or requests for information are accepted, but our spam controls are very restrictive.  If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please call us.
• A complete line of the latest trademark logos are available; special logos require quotation. See art guidelines below.

• Logos are illustrations of custom work reproduced for authorized dealers under license agreements.
• Advise if there is a deadline date needed.
• Invoice terms are Net 10 Days for established accounts.
• All prices in U.S. dollars.
• PRICE VARIATION - Due to current materials supply uncertainties, final pricing is subject to factory's quote. You will be notified of any changes before proceeding with your order.

ART GUIDELINES

• Electronic art is accepted here. Please call first to verify the compatibility of your art file or graphics program before sending.
• If using a word processing program, please provide the names of the fonts.
• Text should have fonts converted to either curves or outlines for compatibility.
• Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, and  QuarkXpress are the most common graphics programs used with success.  However, each product has different guidelines, so call first.
• JPEG, GIF and PDF files are not suitable formats for artwork.

• Art charges may apply in highly detailed or complex designs where the art has not been submitted properly.  We will advise you if there is a problem.
• There is no art charge in most cases for standard typesetting.
• Production times for custom orders are in effect after art has been received in good condition and after proof approval.
• We are not responsible for lag time due to poor quality art or delays in the approval process.
